Having experienced the art, food, music, dance and culture of many South Pacific islands, we are more than excited to have this opportunity to share the best of what the islands have to offer.

In Hawaiian, Ohana means "family." And that's exactly what we are. Our company is family owned and operated. We've been working on ideas and websites for over 15 years. Finally, in 2004, we decided to actually bring all those ideas and projects together. We're bringing the best of all those projects and put them into a focused store specializing in South Pacific "bests." RETURN POLICY All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to guarantee that you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Care department for prompt replacement. We stand behind our product. We will gladly give you a full refund, credit, or exchange when you return any of the blackpearldesigns.com merchandise within 30 days of shipment. Original receipt required. Requests will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise. Please follow the instructions listed below for all returns/credits/exchanges:

• Include packing slip with return/credit/exchange
• Wrap merchandise in its original packing
• For exchanges, please indicate which item you'd wish to receive

Instead, we will contact you if an item is out of stock and let you know when it will be available again. SHIPPING INFORMATION Most orders are shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. We do not currently offer overnight delivery for most addresses east of Colorado.
