Our Maori headband is a great way to complete your costume. Once you have the bodice or skirt, piupiu, tiki, moko and dance implements (patu, poi balls), the headband ties it all together in comfort. Elastic band allows for a one size fits all. Made of 100% acrylic. Imported.
Maori, like any other ethnic dance, can be done without implements, props and costumes but when you do have the resources, it makes for a more dramatic picture. Traditional colors such as red, black and white and motifs typical in Maori designs add immensely.
